The place was clean with free parking and a very comfy bed. Climate control, flat-screen television and an electronic key card in the room, favourable and excellent location. Wonderful bathroom with a walk-in shower;)))

Comfortable rooms with a TV and cozy bedroom setup, which I absolutely loved! the entire staff was incredibly friendly and focused on providing top-notch service. the location was super convenient, close to restaurants, bars, a beach club, and the bustling 5th avenue 🌴.

The hotel was clean, I loved it. the room was nicely decorated and modern on the top level. - the staff was amiable. - the location for Playa del Carmen was excellent and perfect, not far from many bars and the 5th avenue. Overall, I had a great experience and would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Playa del Carmen.
